[SchoolFinance] Financial Systems

We use Munis from Tyler Technologies.  With all its quirks, Love It.
Frontline for timeclock.  We created exports to import into Munis, but I
have no Love It or List It opinion since I don't work with it that closely,
but it seems to do the job.
