[SchoolFinance] FY25 Quarterly Actual Files Submission Reminder

Hello,

This is a reminder that schools are required to upload FY 2025 Actual Financial Reports (Revenue, Expenditure & Balance Sheet) to MEFS on a quarterly basis.

The deadlines for uploading Actual Files quarterly to MEFS are within 30 days after the quarter ends. FY25 Q1 were due on October 31st, and Q2 submissions began on January 2nd, with a deadline of January 31st. Please ensure that your files are submitted. If you have already submitted your reports, thank you - we will review them shortly.

If files are uploaded beyond the expected submission window, they will automatically be blocked. If this happens, please review the submissions section of MEFS to verify that the uploaded files are for the intended year and quarter, and if correct, email me to request unblocking.
