[SchoolFinance] Elementary Classroom sizes

We have three elementary schools in SAD #37 that are all PreK-6.  With 24
teachers and 340 elementary students, our average class size is 14.
Ideally, we would like to have what the EPS ratio is, but in rural
Washington County, you take what you get!  :)
