[SchoolFinance] MEASBO email appears to have been hacked

Good morning,

I received an email from MEASBO this morning, the subject was about an
update regarding school construction projects.

The body of the message has a very dubious-looking link.

Just a reminder not to click on emailed links without verifying that the
sender is legit, even when the email appears to be from a known sender.
