[SchoolFinance] Ed Techs / Volunteering

We do not allow hourly employees to volunteer for any work that is the same
as or similar to their regular duties, as it could lead to labor law issues.
For example, a custodian can't volunteer to sweep the gym after the YMCA
team uses it in the evening. A nutrition worker can't volunteer to run the
kitchen for an after-hours benefit.
But if the volunteer work clearly has no correlation at all to the work
they do for the school department, then we would allow it.
I think an ed tech assisting with an after-school activity could very
easily fall into that tricky area that you wouldn't want to enter.
