According to our HR person, we still give the 15 days to new employees
because there has been no change in the law yet. The only ones that are
applicable now are numbers 2,3, and 5.

   1. They are subject to a federal, state or local quarantine order
   related to COVID-19;
   2. They have been, or are, advised by a health care provider to
   self-quarantine for reasons related to COVID-19;
   3. They are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 and are seeking a medical
   diagnosis; taking an at home COVID test would fall under seeking a
   medical diagnosis.
   4. They are caring for an individual subject to a federal, state or
   local quarantine order related to COVID-19; or
   5. They are a parent or guardian who is providing care for a child whose
   school or place of child care is closed or unavailable due to precautions
   related to COVID-19.
