[SchoolFinance] Covid Sick Time

Yes, COVID is still present and causing employee absences, so we are having
employees use COVID days (if they have not yet used 15) or Sick, if they
have exhausted the COVID Leave days.
See attachment - The COVID days are not 15 days PER YEAR, they are 15 days
available from *Jan 1, 2021 until a max of 15 days used*, so we have been
tracking these separately, but always go back to Jan 1, 2021 and count any
days used.  Once they have used 15 days in total, they must use their own
Sick leave (or vaca or EPL) in order to get paid.
