[SchoolFinance] arbiterpay

Hi,

MSAD 54 uses ArbiterPay. My previous district, RSU 18, also uses it.
Our only sports that don't assign officials through Arbiter are swimming &
track so they don't get paid through ArbiterPay. Overall, the officials
have expressed that they like it as they are paid more often (it's so much
easier!) and directly into their account. However, if they are concerned,
they do NOT need to choose direct deposit. Last I knew, when officials link
their Arbiter account to ArbiterPay they can choose direct deposit, a
reloadable debit card, a check or they can log in to Arbiter and "collect"
their funds free of charge through a bank transfer.
