[SchoolFinance] Rounding for Time clocks?

We use TCP. All of our employees clock in with a swipe card, we have two
terminals located at different areas of the school. We do not give them
access to clock in anywhere else.  We have had to shut off the section
where they could go in and fix a missed punch due to misuse.  The employees
have to make any corrections, sick time, etc. on the time card before they
sign it.
