[SchoolFinance] Fwd: Cooperative Procurement

I use Sourcewell as often as I can when prices warrant.  I even used it for
an electric school bus approved by the State a few years back because the
vendor I wanted to use (Dattco/International) had not submitted an electric
school bus bid to the State.  I noticed the other day that the State's
pricing for Pitney Bowes actually uses Sourcewell.
