[SchoolFinance] Fwd: Cooperative Procurement

I'm wondering if any of you have purchased through a cooperative purchasing
organization such as Omnia or Sourcewell in lieu of going to RFP for a
large purchase such as photocopiers.
If so, did you face any pushback from your board or city/town officials
feeling you had circumvented a competitive bid that might have gotten you a
better price?
We have not done this, but I'm getting more information on the process.
