[SchoolFinance] Sick Bank "Cap"

Our CBA's cap the sick bank donations to 100 or 200 days.  Does anyone know
if there are state or federal regulations regarding sick bank and how many
days can be in it?  I am wondering if it is our own District's agreement or
if there is an actual law about a running balance in sick bank accounts.
