[SchoolFinance] TCP - Time Clock Plus software

We recently searched for a time and attendance solution. We ended up
choosing RedRover K12. Time Clock Plus was significantly more expensive. We
are currently in the implementation phase so I can't give much feedback but
willing to do a screenshare/overview if you want more details. We are
hoping to be fully ready to go in April.
