[SchoolFinance] Staff Travel Policy/Procedure

Hi Cindy,
I've attached our travel expense reimbursement form, which has our
procedure in the fourth tab.
We have gone completely to per diem reimbursement for meal expenses (based
on the current IRS rates for the applicable area), and it has been great.
No more worrying about receipts and whether people removed their drinks
before submitting for reimbursement.
