Hi Katie,

I believe the issue is technical issue, with DMARC compliance. I reached
out to the technical contact email for the listserv but haven't heard back.

In short, DMARC is a way for emails to be verified that they are truly
coming from that person. For listservs to be in compliance they need to
make sure they are adjusting the info they are sending or else it looks
like they are trying to spoof the original sender. Depending on the setup
at each school this can cause it to go to spam or never be delivered.

Attached are our screenshots showing the DMARC issues we are having with
this listserv.
