With the CDC press release issued on 3/1/24 which updated the isolation
guidelines for COVID19, do we have to reinstate any sick days to employees
that had less than 60 days of sick leave on 4/15/22? (L.D. 1874)
I don't think they would be subject to a federal, state or local quarantine
order, so in my mind, this negates that law?
This is the CDC guideline"
When people get sick with a respiratory virus, the updated guidance
recommends that they stay home and away from others.
