[SchoolFinance] Grant Reinbursements

Hi Katie,

I do the grant reimbursements.
We also have a payroll person (her and I do all the HR too), and an
accounts payable clerk.
Our budget that just failed was proposed at $29,271,178; round two is
proposing $28,839,505.
The administrative assistant to the superintendent position has been cut
from the new proposal.
