[SchoolFinance] IRS FORM 8038-CP

Hello,

I have filed a form 8038 CP for tax exempt bond interest for years.  I am
now being told that we must file it electronically which isn't surprising.
However, we cannot do it ourselves as with the other IRS forms, that we
must use one of the approved e-filers.  Have any of you had to do this and
who did you use?
