[SchoolFinance] Pre K Expansion invoicing

I don't know why the link for Leeann's email didn't work, but I did get to
her.  Here is her reply.  Back to square one.

Hi Lisa,

Is this regarding the Pre-K Expansion Grants through the ARPA funds?  If
so, Nicole Madore can probably help you navigate how that will work
although I believe someone else will be managing the invoices.  That
funding doesn’t work through TEAMS but through Grants for ME.
