[SchoolFinance] Maintenance projects and debt

Hello,

I'm wondering how you budget/finance your maintenance projects.

   - Do you put them in your annual budget or do you go through the MMBB
   via bonds or some other method?
   - What are the criteria for deciding the funding source for your
   district?  For example, is it a certain $$?
   - Do you spend a certain amount per sq ft for maintenance in your annual
   budget?  If so, how much?

Also, does anyone know a source that might guide me on the % of debt a
school should carry?
