[SchoolFinance] Fundraising Request Form

I noticed that this form is for fundraisers and also donations, which
reminded me of a question I had recently.

What are your district's rules about donations to the schools? Do you
require all donations to go through the central office/general ledger? Or
do you require donations over a certain amount to go that way, or?? For
instance, if the Lion's Club donates $125 to an elementary school, do you
require that the funds come into a general ledger fund and be spent with
the PO process etc. Or is the school allowed to deposit to their checkbook
and spend according to the reason for the gift (clothing for those in need,
classroom supplies, etc).........also abiding by the rules for checkbook
spending (no 1099 vendor, no gift cards to staff, no payments to staff).
