[SchoolFinance] Revenue Anticipation Notes

Thats the same thing as a the Tax Anticipation Note that Marge asked for.
It’s why we do the cash flow spreadsheet to keep track of cash.   If we
didn’t have enough to pay the bond note due in November we would have to
ask for a loan knowing we are getting money from the towns and state
eventually.  We’d then pay the note off.
