[SchoolFinance] New Paid Family & Medical Leave - budget strategy?

Yes, I took the total salaries in each area, and multiplied that by .5%-
that will give me 1% for 1/2 the year, I added that in each of the benefit
lines in the budget entry portion of ADS while entering the other budget
lines.  So not for each individual person, but in each category.
