If you had a grant that is paying a per diem to certain high school staff
to attend professional development (workshops/seminars) would you code that
per diem under a high school stipend line i.e.

2XXX-1200-1000-51500-etc

or using professional development account structure:

2XXX-0000-2210-51500-etc?

That's assuming that it was on a non-working day and they were receiving an
extra per diem for their attendance at this professional development on a
non-working day.
