If you have already submitted your reports, thank you & please disregard this reminder. I am currently reviewing and approving uploads on a first come first served basis. Pending files are being processed in order from the oldest to the most recent upload dates, unless there is an urgent request due to audit report requirements.

This is a reminder that the FY24 Q4 Actual Revenue, Expenditure, and Balance Sheet uploads are due by August 30th. Please ensure all files are submitted by this date.

Additionally, after the SAU annual audit, if there are any audit adjustments that affect the data in the previously submitted Q4 Actual files, revised files will need to be uploaded to reflect these changes. Please note that files are not considered complete until they are in migrated status.

Since we have already started reviewing and approving Q4 files, we will no longer review reports from previous FY24 quarters, as these are included in the Q4 file upload.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Your timely uploads are greatly appreciated.
