[SchoolFinance] ERP - GLI update

Good morning,
This is my first year uploading GLI information for MainePers from ERP.  Do
I need to choose 2023 or 2024 when I go to generate the records? I know it
is based off last year's information but I am overthinking.. Do they want
what the rates are for 2024 so I need to choose 2024? Also, before I try to
upload this to Mainepers has anyone had any issues with the upload?
