[SchoolFinance] SEED MONEY

Hi,

We have had instances where the SEED charges were not for our students.  I
would highly recommend that you at least confirm the students/services on a
quarterly basis even if you don't make the journal entries.  If you miss
the corrections deadline, your district will absorb the error.
