[SchoolFinance] account codes

Is there a cross-reference list as to which handbook codes can and can't be
used together? Like which program #'s can or can't be used with which
function codes etc? There used to be notes in the handbook and/or a way on
the upload site to query if you could use a certain program code with a
certain function code. I know it will error during the quarterly upload but
it would be nice to be more proactive when creating new account numbers.

Does that still exist somewhere?
