[SchoolFinance] Hourly rates

We have a similar situation where our HS secretary is also our Spec Ed
Secretary. Here is what we pay:

Super's Secretary= $30.50/hr- She has been with the district for over 20
years. Non union
HS/ Spec Ed Secretary- $18.41/hr under the CBA 11-15 years experience
