[SchoolFinance] Outside use of Buses

You may want to check with DOE and your insurance carrier.  In the past i
was always told if for hire needs a commercial plate, driver logs, and
different insurance.  All is good until something happens.  Once outside of
MSMA insurance umbrella , the limits of Maine claims act no longer apply.
I believe every new business manager in 52 has been approached for summer
bus use.   I can, but won’t, name who is most likily making the request.
