[SchoolFinance] Audit RFP

I have.  I sent out to 25 firms statewide with little response which all
declined.  I then sent out another adjusted RFP and letter to 10 of the
firms from that list.  I have spoken to a few with 2 declining and 3 saying
they will send a proposal.  It has been a struggle for sure.
