[SchoolFinance] IV/ERP - Portal Fraud

Good morning,
We have been using the employee portal for the last couple of months. This
morning I had a direct deposit change request.  We have to either speak on
the phone or in person before any changes are made and found out the
request was fraud. Anyone else come across this? I am concerned as it is an
administrator with access to ERP from her portal?

I have tried to reach Tyler, but I'm waiting for a call back.
