[SchoolFinance] MEFS Testing Dates Changed to June 24th (Saturday) and 25th (Sunday)

Sorry for the multiple messages .
The MEFS vendor must have all testing done prior to the end of June. Disaster Recovery testing will now be June 24th (Saturday) and 25th (Sunday).

Please plan accordingly.
