[SchoolFinance] Deceased Employees

Our Finance Director had heard DW say something similar at a workshop but
it didn't seem to match what I was reading on the IRS site. I have seen
from searching online that some businesses get a "Last pay beneficiary
form" which would simplify things. Although if we just issue the check and
send it like DW has advised that is even simpler. I just don't see that it
aligns with the IRS requirements.
