[SchoolFinance] Covid leave

Hi Lisa,

As far as I know, the law is still in effect although it was tweaked last
legislative session. Employees are entitled up to 15 days of paid leave
(overall) and employees who have 60 days accrued leave are not entitled to
this leave. There are five specific reasons you can use the leave. I have
kept a spreadsheet to track employees as several of my staff have had more
than one covid-related illness and we cap the "covid" leave at the 15 days
- although they can also use their sick leave when the 15 days are used up.
