[SchoolFinance] Health Reimbursement vs Stipend

Is this offered to all Employees in the district who are not enrolled in
the district’s insurance plan receives $450 per month? $5,400 a year ? Is
the CIL paid monthly or at the end of the year?
Do you offer it to any employee?
We offer CIL to any employee that is not enrolled in our insurance plan. It
is prorated based upon full time or part time.
