We are attempting to use: Budget input using definition


I am beyond frustrated and have gotten nowhere with support. I know I have
missed a step setting up my budget as my directors, secretaries, etc can
not see their lines. When they choose the FY 25 definition and hit apply
they get "no data available in the grid".  When myself or another admin
goes in we are able to see the account lines and we are able to edit budget
lines, add notes etc. So I am assuming it is a security/role issue.

With support we have looked at their role settings and they have full
access to the budget input using definition, we have checked to see if they
needed a security role in user security. So far nothing has worked. Support
ran out of ideas and was going to have someone else call me. I reached out
to the support member that helped with with another issue but she told me I
needed to submit a case.

Anyone have thoughts on what I must be missing?
