[SchoolFinance] Staff and Late Starts or Early Release days due to Weather

If you have a staff member who had already put in for a full sick or
personal day and then you call a weather delay or early release, do you
still charge them for the full sick or personal day or do you adjust it
based only on the actual expected work hours?
