[SchoolFinance] Credit Card and Electronic payments

Hi Adam,

Scarborough uses Schoolpaymentportal/Lunchtime for school meals and RevTrak
for fees, fundraisers, etc.  We are still saying no to Venmo and Paypal at
this point.
