Subject: MSAA Student Reports

Hello and welcome to the start of the new school year.
I hope you are off to a great beginning.

I have sent several emails to Special Education Directors this summer and thought it would be a good idea to send one final reminder out, this time including MSAA test coordinators.

The MSAA Spring 2024 Online Reporting Window is now open and will be available until September 6, 2024, at 8pm.

During this Online Reporting Window access will be as follows:

  *   Test Administrators - Dashboard and Sample Items
  *   Test Coordinators -Dashboard, Sample Items, Organizations, Reports and Users.

Please make sure that any final reports you may need to print out are done prior to the close on the window on Friday.

Test Coordinators will need their MSAA login information to access and download these reports.  If there are additional or new personnel within your SAU who will require access to the results data, Test Coordinators will need to establish a new Test Coordinator account with the appropriate permissions (SAU or School level) within the platform.
