[Mesppsdir] SPPS Directors Meetings

Hello!

To streamline our meeting process, I will be sending an email 3 weeks prior to the next meeting inviting you to send me questions or topics that you would like to address at our SPPS Directors meeting.  Items should be emailed to me no later than the Friday before the next meeting. This will allow the team to get answers or information ahead of time. It will help us help you effectively!

I also will be sending you a reminder email on the Monday prior to the meeting that includes a skeleton agenda and the zoom link.

The finished meeting agenda will be emailed to you during the week following the meeting.

Please feel free to send me questions, concerns or topics for our meeting anytime.
Sometimes spur of the moment is best so that you don't lose that thought.

SO, for the April 10th meeting please send any items that you would like included.
Please have items to me by the Friday before the actual meeting.
