MaineCare revised rates for Section 68, Occupational Therapy Services and Section 85, Physical Therapy Services, effective January 1, 2023. Rates were implemented on February 8, 2023, and may be viewed on the Health PAS online portal.

Adjustment of affected claims:

  *   The Department will adjust claims that were submitted at or above the new rates for dates of service January 1, 2023, through February 7, 2023, and no provider action is needed.
  *   Providers will be responsible for adjusting claims with charges that were submitted below the new rates, for the same date span noted above. Per policy, and to avoid timely filing denials, adjustments must be submitted within 120 days of this notice.
