The Office of Behavioral Health (OBH) and the Office of Child and Family Services (OCFS) are excited to be developing services aimed at closing gaps in the delivery system for youth needing behavioral health treatment in a family environment.

Treatment Foster Care Oregon (TFC-O) is an evidenced based mental health treatment model delivered in a family home, in which the youth does not have to be in the foster care system.
