MaineCare has identified a new date and time for the Section 97, App D, TFC, Draft Rate Model Public Review and Comment forum.

PUBLIC REVIEW AND COMMENT

MaineCare will hold an online public meeting on Wednesday, December 6, 2023, to present the recommended draft rate models along with the rationales. After the meeting, the Department will post the models online and will accept written comments. We will announce the comment deadline at the public meeting. The Department will respond in writing to comments with an explanation of whether and how the feedback was incorporated into the final rate determination.  

As providers and interested stakeholders, your feedback is important during the rate determination process. We encourage you to participate in these meetings as we discuss the draft rate model recommendations and collect feedback on these important changes.
