I am trying to do one of the scenarios found here:

Most have to do with changing the From: address.
This method is very cumbersome to test.
Can I make you the owner of a list, in hopes that you can test more frequently and be able to toggle some settings in the mailman admin, or is it possible to get a maine.gov email/forward to test with?

I find another message quarantined at the time she indicates here. The results appear about the same. It shows Sarah.Ferguson at maine.gov as the sender and it is failing the signature verification with the same error codes as well.

I made some adjustments a little earlier that seem to let through all of the messages aside from the ones where the system is sending as @maine.gov. Since then I have attempted to make additional changes to allow this type of "spoofing" of maine.gov by the listserv system. These changes can be testing in an hour.

Microsoft's filtering is very sensitive to our domain being spoofed without DKIM verification, this recently has become more sensitive so it may take a couple attempts to get this right. If the changes that have been made do not fix the issue let me know.
