School Nurses in Maine would have received the below email on Friday, 6/2/23. Please note the Environmental Scan of Health Services in Maine Schools Survey extension. If you haven't yet had the opportunity to complete or start the survey, you still have the opportunity do such. The survey link, that is specific to each school nurse, was sent most recently in Friday's email from Riley Stumpf. Be sure to check your junk folders if you are having difficulty locating. Reach out to Riley (contact information below) with any questions. We greatly appreciate your participation. Thank you!

The “Environmental Scan and State Assessment of School Health Services in Maine Schools” survey deadline has been extended. It will now close on June 7.

Please take the time to complete this survey if you have not done so already.

The survey is anonymous beyond the evaluators and no information shared will impact you in your role. Your participation is voluntary but highly appreciated!

If you prefer to fill out the PDF version of the survey, you may do so. Once complete, send the form to mrstumpf at uw.edu Please make sure to complete the school information for ALL schools you provide services to. If you would prefer to go through the survey verbally over the phone, please reach out to Riley Stumpf to schedule a time to connect.


If you wish, your name will be entered into a raffle to win a special gift upon completion of the survey.
