We're having no luck in contacting this Noli person. Is he still working?<br>
Our MLRC listserve was set up thru Andrea McC almost 10 years ago and it is our tool to talk to all Maine towns. However, many folks are not able to voluntarily join per our directions, while others have no problem.<br>
It is also meant to serve as a tool for towns to talk to each other as noted on attached....... that has not been working either.<br>
