FW: Maine Local Roads Updates

Hello all!

We are wrapping up the last 4 sessions of Practical Road Math this month, transitioning from Paul teaching the class to the Infamous Peter Coughlan!  I'm now in the process of switching gears to Work Zone Traffic Control in April & May.  To date, Skowhegan & Brewer are FULL; Auburn is nearly full.  I'd also LOVE more registrations in the County as I currently only have 6 & it won't be worth the long travel for 6 attendees (NOT that we don't love seeing you!!)

Traffic Signal Conference in April is reaching capacity.  I see @ 10 municipalities registered & there are many other municipalities with traffic lights.  It's a GREAT 3-day conference, not that you have to attend all 3 days.  This registration is done yourself with the on-line registration link in the brochure, as well as a QR code. Spring Supervisory Leadership is FULL.  The wait list for the Fall class has roughly 35 on the Fall wait list.  The invite will go ONLY to those on the wait list.  You will have 3 days to respond to my email to stay on the roster or decline.  I will then open it up al all.  If you haven't signed up for the wait list, please let me know if you want to be added.

MCAPWA's annual Spring Meeting at the Calumet Club in Augusta is soon approaching, April 2nd.  If you haven't registered & would like to attend, you can register with the Maine Municipal Association https://www.memun.org/Training/mcapwas-annual-spring-meeting

Finally, I recently sent out my "2026/2027 Salt email."  Unlike in the past, I just don't have time to respond that I've received your email.  However, I am tracking & will send my spreadsheet to all, showing who reached out for a price at the end of the month - just to make sure I didn't miss any calls or emails.  With all going on, there's always a chance for human error.
