This email is intended for all town/city managers, public works & employees.  The Maine Chapter of APWA is hosting its 28th annual golf classic on Friday, September 12, 2025 at Val Halla Golf Course in Cumberland.

The Maine Chapter of APWA is proud to host the 28th annual golf tournament on Friday September 12, 2025. The purpose of the event is to network, have some fun, and enjoy a beautiful day of golf, but this tournament also raises funds for the MCAPWA University and Community College Scholarship Program.
This will be a great opportunity to see friends, coworkers, and vendors, and to enjoy a beautiful fall day on the links! This tournament will have 2-person teams, and will be a scramble format with an 8:30 shotgun start.
This tournament is for any municipal employees, MaineDOT, Maine Turnpike employees, vendors as well as their friends, neighbors or relatives. Let's make this the largest Maine APWA golf tournament to date! Cost: $80 per person. Includes green fees, cart, picnic lunch at the turn, and hors d'oeuvres at the end of the tournament. 50/50 Raffle, door prizes, and awards for the lowest overall score, longest drive, and closest to the pin.
