sidewalk plowing

I have one city asking this..........," our sidewalk blowers are distributing snow onto private property and abutters after complaining.  Is there a state law that addresses this ?"

I know of no state law that gets that specific.

Do any of you have a specific town/city ordinance addressing where snow is to be blown from sidewalks?
